Crescent Beach
Located 2 miles from the house. There is also a trailhead another .5 miles down at the end of Enderts Beach Road which is a beautiful walk down to a beach as well.
Harris Beach
A scenic drive up the coast into Brookings Oregon Harris Beach is 27 miles from the house.
WhalesHead Beach
Travel further up the Oregon about 7 miles past Harriss Beach. Has some nice picnic tables.
Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park
Located 2.2 Miles from the house. Experience a stunning drive through the State Park. You will find many wonderful trailheads along the way for short or long day hikes.
Ocean World
A fun local aquarium where you can learn about, view, and touch local sea life. Located less than 2 miles from the house.
Battery Point Light House
Downtown Crescent City, 3 miles from the house. Tide permitting you can go out to the light house and visit the museum.
The Trees of Mystery
Located 15 miles down the California coast in Klamath. Easy fun for every age! You can take a Sky Trail up to the Redwood canopy and explore as you walk the trail down.
Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park
Located 34 miles down the California Coastal Highway 101. Take the scenic route through the State Park where you will find many trailheads for short or long day hikes. As well as a fun visitor center and wild elk viewing.
